By participating in the VGAC Ber Months Raffle Giveaway, all participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participants must be 16 years of age or older at the time of entry. Winners under 18 years of age must obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before the prize membership can be activated.

Promotional Period: Only eligible entries earned and submitted during the official promotional period of September 1, 2026 through December 20, 2026 will be included in the raffle.

Number of Winners: A total of three (3) winners will be selected. Each winner will receive one (1) complimentary one-year VGAC membership.

No Cash Redemption: Prizes are not redeemable for cash and may not be exchanged or substituted for cash, credit, Personal Training services, merchandise, or any other VGAC product or service.

Non-Transferable: The complimentary one-year membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual selected and verified as the official winner. The prize may not be sold, gifted, assigned, or transferred to another individual.

Existing VGAC Members: If an existing VGAC member is selected as a winner, the complimentary one-year membership will be added to the end of the member's current active membership contract. The member will not forfeit any remaining time on their existing contract.

Winner Verification: Winners may be required to present a valid government-issued or school ID and provide any information reasonably necessary for VGAC to verify their identity, age, and eligibility.

Prize Claim Period: Winners must claim their prize within ten (10) calendar days of the initial winner announcement/drawing posted on VGAC's official social media page. Winners are responsible for following VGAC's official social media channels for raffle announcements.

Unclaimed Prizes: Failure to claim and complete the required verification process within the ten (10)-day claim period may result in forfeiture of the prize. Any selection of an alternate winner will be handled in accordance with the official raffle mechanics and applicable regulatory requirements.

Employee & Family Exclusion: Employees of Victory Gym and Athletic Club and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win the VGAC Ber Months Raffle Giveaway.

Entry Verification: VGAC reserves the right to verify all raffle entries. Entries containing false, misleading, incomplete, duplicated, manipulated, or otherwise fraudulent information may be declared invalid.

Purchase-Based Entries: Entries earned through membership contracts, monthly membership payments, Personal Training packages, or other qualifying transactions will only be awarded after the applicable transaction has been successfully completed and verified by VGAC.

Referral Entries: Referral entries will only be awarded after the referred individual successfully completes a qualifying new membership enrollment and properly identifies the referring participant according to VGAC's referral procedures.

Social Media Entries: Participants claiming social media entries must successfully complete all stated requirements and allow VGAC to reasonably verify completion before the corresponding entries are awarded.

Multiple Entries: Participants may accumulate multiple raffle entries through qualifying activities during the promotional period, subject to the official raffle mechanics and applicable entry limits.

Winner Selection: Winners will be selected from all valid and eligible raffle entries received during the promotional period. Each valid raffle entry represents one chance in the drawing.

Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced through VGAC's official social media page and may also be contacted using the contact information provided with their raffle entry.

Membership Activation: Each winning membership will be valid for twelve (12) months. For new or non-member winners, the membership will begin upon activation in accordance with VGAC's prize-claim procedures. For existing members, the additional twelve months will begin following the expiration of their current membership contract.

VGAC Club Policies: Complimentary memberships remain subject to VGAC's standard club rules, facility policies, safety requirements, and member code of conduct. Winning the raffle does not exempt a member from complying with normal VGAC policies.

Disqualification: VGAC reserves the right, subject to applicable laws and regulations, to disqualify any participant who attempts to manipulate the promotion, falsify information, obtain unauthorized entries, interfere with the drawing process, or otherwise violate the official raffle mechanics.

Changes to the Promotion: VGAC reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or cancel the promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and any required regulatory approval.

Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the VGAC Ber Months Raffle Giveaway constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and the official raffle mechanics.
