Terms and Conditions

1. Boracay Raffle drawing will take place on September 6, 2024 at 1800L to select the

winner. A live FB Live broadcast will be stream the drawing in real time. After the

winner is determined, the winner will provide the personal details required for VGAC to book

the vacation for the approximate period of the first week of December 2024 (subject to change

depending on flight and hotel availability).

2. Must be a resident of Subic, Olongapo City, or Pampanga to enter. Valid ID and/or official

documentation proving residency is required prior to accepting the prize. Anyone who provides

false or incorrect personal information will be disqualified from the contest.

3. Must be at least 18 years old with valid Identification to match the winning raffle entry.

4. Must have valid and current travel documents.

5. Each contestant may receive a maximum of (1) raffle entry for scanning a physical VGAC

promotional QR code AND then providing their name, current phone number and current email

address.

6. (1) Raffle entry shall be granted to each newly joining member of VGAC beginning on April 01,

2024 and lasting through August 31, 2024.

7. VGAC members may select to purchase up to a maximum of (2) raffle entries for a price of ₱500

each.

8. Trip includes ONLY the following provisions afforded by VGAC: (1) Taxi/Driver round trip fare for

2 from VGAC Subic or VGAC San Fernando to MNL airport. (2) Airfare for 2 round trips from

MNL to MPH. (3) Travel fare from MPH to the Resort. (4) 2-Nights stay at a 5-Star Resort. (5)

₱5,000 Pesos total cash. (6) Travel fare from the Resort to MPH. ALL other expenses shall be

the responsibility of the winner and their elected guest.

9. Free Raffle entry must be redeemed in person at one of our clubs. Prize package is non cash redeemable. 

10. Non transferrable. Winner must partake or pass entirely. In the case the winner choses to pass,

another random ticket shall be pulled to take place as the winner.

11. Travel terms, fees, or amendments after booking are not included in this contest and will not be

covered by VGAC.
